We were amazed at how fast this was. Allie came in and took very professional pictures which showcased our home so that really helped sell our home. Preparing to sell your home is a challenging situation for home owners. Decisions Decisions! Even though we had previously sold a home we realized how the environment had changed and of course we were in Helena MT not Boston, MA. We selected the Helena Home Team because even before we started the process we realized they had all of the bases covered. Preparing the house for sale required an experienced team who could address, the many issues that we would struggle with and who we could trust. Mary and Allie spent time with us explaining their process. Getting the house ready to list it. Inside, outside, the yard etc etc. they had a complete team so we were not involved in “finding a plumber” who could fix a leak in the dish washer, or a person who could build and install a new walkway to the front door. They were ready to address all of the issues so that the final inspection had minimal requirements. We removed all of our furniture to a storage unit and they staged the house. When i visited the house before they listed it I felt like I wanted to stay and live there. The paint work, the yard clean up and the overall presentation was first rate. The team was organized, polite and was happy to address any issue. The listing. As a home owner you always have a ‘price’ in mind but they know that market, and the valuations.
